Abstract: The presence of the price in the economic field is determined by the mechanism of market functioning and the impact of the price on the components of the economic system. The science that deals with the study of the price formation process has as object of study the price as an economic category, the methods of establishing it, the laws to which the dynamics and evolution of prices in the economy are subject. Means of measuring the degree of exploitation of the resources of the companies and of the external opportunities, barometer of the capacity of adaptation to the environmental requirements and of its influence, instrument of the recovery of the expenses incurred and of the approximation of the benefits incorporated in the products – the price is registered with remarkable values in the arsenal marketing.
